IN-HOUSE CATERING

Only at The Underground are you treated to meals prepared by Rockit Ranch Productions’ award-winning culinary team. Arranging in-house catering for any event, guests of The Underground savor bites from Chef Mike Sheerin at Rockit Bar & Grill, Chef Evan Packer of Bottlefork, and Chef/Partner Jess DeGuzman of Sunda. Togarashi Crusted Tuna Sliders, Cinnamon Raisin Grilled Cheese, Deli Chopped Reubens – the sky’s the limit for private events held in The Club and The Lounge.

MIXOLOGY AND DRINKS

The Underground is a personalized experience, and the mixology elements are no exception. With a talented beverage team working behind the bar, guests of private events enjoy specialty cocktails created exclusively for each private affair, a tailored wine list, an impressive collection of liquors and other spirits, as well as a beer selection. Allowing planners to pre-select the beverage list, The Underground invites all to take fully control of their experience.
